First Class are Amazing Scientists

Welcome to this month’s blog. Mr. Donnelly is doing lots of science. His class is having lots of fun as well. During science they did experiments with coke. The first experiment they put milk in coke. The results weren’t nice. The milk and coke separated. It looked pretty much like water apart from the fact that there was brown, particle like stuff on the bottom and on the surface of the water.

The second experiment was putting a tooth into coke! Surprisingly the tooth didn’t dissolve! The tooth went all black and yucky! Mr. Donnelly and his class love science. They also learned about bacteria. His class enjoy playing maths game as well. They were working hard on grammar and vocabulary games. Mr. Donnelly says that they enjoy doing their work.

That’s all folks!

The Last of Our St. Anne’s Days

Today I was interviewing the very nice and generous, Ozichi, who told me lots about 6th Class! She told me that we would be on the edge of our seats because they are putting on the play, Oliver. She is very excited about going to Secondary School but also is sad to leave St. Anne’s. They are also excited about the end of year T-shirt signing and the disco which is for 6th Class only.

I also visited Ms. Kett’s 6th Class and I got another interesting interview from Maeve, who very kindly gave us lots of information on 6th Class. Just like Ms. Kelly’s Class, they are working on a play called Cinderella Rockerfella. I don’t know about you guys but I’m excited! I mean, two plays! Ms. Kett’s Class are really excited about Carlingford, which is coming up soon. Their confirmation was on the 25th of March, they got lots of treats, and are excited but sad to leave. In one word Maeve describes 6th Class as ‘fun’!
